Returns or Exchanges

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and ensure all our products are dispatched from our pet-free and smoke-free studio, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please please provide photos of all packaging materials within 3 days of receiving your parcel to file a claim:

• The airway bill
• The bubble wrap or protective packaging
• The interior packaging box
• The exterior shipping carton
• Photos of the damaged product.

Please send all photos to hello@artisanofsense.pro. We will review your claim and take appropriate action.
